Refunds and Returns
At 11 Oysters we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return a product, please let us know within 60 days of receiving it and we will refund the full price of the product. Please inspect your product carefully upon delivery to ensure that it has not been damaged in transit.
We will refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving your returned product. To return a product, please email vicky@11oysters.com detailing the reason you are requesting a refund and include your order number in the subject line or body of the email. Once we have received your product, you will receive confirmation of your refund from the 11 Oysters Customer Service Team via email or phone.
To ensure that everyone has the same opportunity, we limit the number of times you can return a product for a refund to two (2) times in total; except in special circumstances approved by management. We ask that you choose your product carefully and if you are unsure, please contact us using any of the contact details below so that we can ensure that you are getting the right product for your needs before you purchase.

Please keep your mail receipt as proof of shipment. Payment and return related costs will be borne by the customer.
